Frequently Asked Questions - Employees

Q: How do I know you won’t spam me with email?

A: No one likes getting a blizzard of e-mail that isn’t relevant to them. We are very careful about how often we communicate with Belong Members, and we fully comply with all anti-spam legislation. We send infrequent updates to Belong Members about  new Belong features they might find useful. We also allow Belong Members to opt in or out of other Belong communication.

Q: How can I find out which Service Providers offer deals through Belong?

A:  Contact our Sales team (sales@belong.nz) and they can give you an overview of the Services Providers on Belong.

Q: Can I request a specific deal?

A: What’s your favourite cafe? What do you like to do in the weekends? Do you want your friends at work to know how great your hairdresser is? With Belong’s growing user base we might be able to get a great deal from them! Send your suggestions to support@belong.nz

Q: What happens if a Service Provider does not accept my Belong voucher?

A: If the details on the voucher are correct and the voucher is valid, the Merchant should accept the voucher. If not our Support team is available to help you out, email us at support@belong.nz .

Q: What happens if I have a bad experience with a Belong Service Provider?

A:  The responsibility for providing the service in question is the Service Provider's, but we will assist where we can in dealing with an issue you might have experienced with one of our Service Providers.

Our Support team is available to help Members out with any queries a Member might have, including helping them resolve any problems they might have. Email us at support@belong.nz.

Q: Can I see my company’s benefit package information in Belong?

A: Yes you can! Belong is a rich benefits administration platform, and because we’re cloud-based, you can access Belong anywhere, at any time. Your company can add their benefits information to Belong, and you will see these company-provided benefits alongside deals that come from the Belong community.
